Lawanna Sharpless

You know sometimes you just get lucky. Lawanna Sharpless was recommended to us and we hoped for the best, but you know how it can be with recommendations. After two years of looking for another home in Georgia and not being successful, we decided to turn our attention to Orange Beach. We both felt that we had a little black real estate cloud hanging over our heads but decided to persevere. Lawanna listened to our needs, pointed us in the right direction, and provided us with a binder full of useful information. After a few months, just the right condo came up for sale and we put in an offer. Then that little black cloud reappeared. Every day, a new issue would show up. We had a remorseful seller with constant emails, mortgage issues, and a closing that would occur while we were in another country so we could not close within the required amount of time. Lawanna stood firm, and behind the scenes, did everything she could to enable us to purchase our condo. She found an excellent mortgage person for us and handled all the details. We closed on the property just before leaving the country and know that if Lawanna and the people she knew had not been involved, we would never have completed that purchase.
